  • Fruit and Vegetables: especially blueberries, carrots, beetroot, broccoli, tomatoes, kiwifruit and avocadoes
  • Oily Fish: such as wild salmon, fresh tuna and mackerel
  • Nuts and Seeds
  • Breakfast Cereals
  • Oils
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Foods rich in Vitamin B:  including meat, citrus fruits, green, leafy vegetables, bread and breakfast cereals
