How to Register:
**Please check the schedule before registering to make sure the events you would like to participate in do not overlap**
There are two types of events: Regional Playoff Events and Open Events.
Regional Play-Off Events
Regional playoff events are held in each region prior to the 55 Plus Games to determine who will be eligible to represent their region in Killarney.
Open Events
Open events are activities that anyone can register for. Fill out a registration form and send it along with the appropriate payment and you will be entered!
To register for a Playoff Event:
1. Refer to the Regional Playoff schedule in the March or April issue of the MSOS Journal or on this website: Regional Play-offs Schedules
2. Find the Playoff that takes place in your region.
3. Phone the contact person to register.
4. Winners of the Regional Playoff will have the opportunity to advance to the 55 Plus Games taking place in Steinbach, June 14-16, 2011.
A registration form must be completed at the regional playoff and sent in with payment for the Games.
5. You will receive a confirmation letter in June.
To register for an Open Event:
1. Decide upon the Open Event(s) in which you want to register.
2. Print the registration form off of our website
OR
Phone the MSOS office at 942-3147 or 1-800-561-6767 for a form
OR
Contact your Regional Representative for a form.
3. Fill out the form and return it to the MSOS office complete with the registration fee.
4. You will receive a confirmation letter in June.
Determining Your Region
For MSOS 55 Plus Games purposes, the province, including the City of Winnipeg, has been divided into regions. The City of Winnipeg alone is divided into six regions. For Winnipeg residents, you can tell which region you live in by the first half of your postal code. For example, if your postal code is R3T 2K1, you would reside in the Assiniboine Park/Fort Garry Region.

Lord Selkirk/West Kildonan (R2P R2R R2V R2W R2X)
East Kildonan/Transcona (R2C R2E R2G R2K R2L)
St. Boniface/St. Vital (R2H R2J R2M R2N R3X)
St. James/Assiniboia (R2R R2Y R3J R3K R3H)
Assiniboine Park/Fort Garry (R3N R3P R3R R3S R3Y R3V R3T)
