Mission
To
represent Manitobans
age 50 plus by promoting their needs and
concerns and by presenting a positive image of older
adults in the community. The Manitoba Society of
Seniors Inc. was started by a group of older
Manitobans in 1979 who felt there was a need for
a united voice on issues affecting them.
Note: The MSOS office will be closed on Louis Riel Day - Feb. 15, 2010.

March 18 and 19, 2010 - Transportation Options Network for Seniors in Manitoba (T.O.N.S.) is holding a conference, On the Road to Awareness at The Hotel Fort Garry, Winnipeg. Participants will examine issues of mental health, substance use and driving as it pertains to aging. Register at www.tonsmb.org.
